Reading Strategy's

When I get stuck while I am reading, on a word or a phrase I at first get frusturated, and then I usually just infer what I think that word or phrase might mean and move on. But if I haven't a clue what it may mean I will just ask somebody that knows, or look in the dictionary. But usually I really don't care and I just move on.
